We had high hopes when we hired Invidiata. Chris and Aimee were very impressive in the initial meeting to win our business. Unfortunately, once we signed up, the service became far below average. Some examples would be unreturned phone calls and emails (literally never returned), poorly coordinated tours and both of our agents leaving on vacation at the same time during the first week our house was on the market.
