Rimsha is a very professional realtor and executes the whole deal clinically. Given the current situation of pandemic, I was not expecting my property to be leased out so quickly, whereas Rimsha was very confident about it since day 1, like she knew the pulse of real estate market. Also, I live outside Canada and was getting a little worried for the property maintenance and handover.
