Bordered by Neyagawa to the west, Dundas to the south, Ninth Line to the east and Burnhamthorpe to the north, Joshua Meadows is really in its infancy with many new homes, retail plazas, schools and a community centre to be built over the next five plus years We expect to see a broad mix of homes, including townhomes, semis, detached and live/work units, as well some retirement residences in the future. The area is fairly compact with small lots and narrow roads. Very little information is available in terms of demographics, but it is safe to say that it is mixed. There have been no resales recorded as of yet so income levels are also unavailable at this time. Still, this is a neighbourhood on the rise and one to keep in mind for your future home buying plans.
